Due to strengthening of requirements for personnel, it became necessary for the Fund to evaluate the existing employees in all branches in Kazakhstan. It was required to assess each employee in terms of fitness for the occupied position, determine the requirements for development of each employee as well as to understand the team potential in each branch.
of the problem
The work was performed in several stages.
Initially ideal job profiles were determined for 12 positions in branches, as well as the ideal branch team profile. The next stage was online PPA testing of 226 employees of all branches. With the help of this analysis the employees could identify their strong areas and determine the potential for development.
The third stage included the Team Audit. The real profile of each branch was determined within the framework of this report, and development areas were determined both for the team and each employee.
The next stage followed after completion of all tests and obtaining of reports for all employees during which profile feedback was provided for all employees, master classes on DISC typology and team roles as per Belbin’s theory were conducted.
Besides, a team building game was organized. It allowed its participants to see the demonstration of each role, understand what must be developed and how, and how to better interact inside the team.
